The Munster club Team competitions will be getting under way soon and as part of the selection process for teams this year we will be having practice sessions.
The first of these is down for Friday the 10th of May at 7:30pm.

FRIDAYS+ SATURDAYS 7.00PM + 8.30PM
PLAYERS ENTER NAMES ON SHEET AND
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
PARTNERS WILL BE ALLOCATED FOR THE DURATION OF THE LEAGUE.
A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF COURTS WILL BE ALLOCATED ON EACH OF THE DAYS AND A FIXTURE LIST WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN NAMES/TEAMS ARE COMPLETED.
MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED ON FRIDAYS+ SATURDAYS AND NOT CLASHING WITH OTHER TOURNAMENTS
MATCHES WILL NOT BE PLAYED OTHER THAN THE WEEK THAT THEY ARE TO BE PLAYED ON THE MATCH SCHEDULE.
DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF INTEREST THERE MAY BE I LEAGUE OR THERE MIGHT BE 2 GROUPS AND EVERYONE WILL PLAY ALL THE OTHER PAIRINGS IN THE LEAGUE OR A GROUP.
IF ONE LEAGUE, SEMI FINALS AND FINAL ON A FINALS NIGHT (1V4 + 2V3)
(MIN 8 TEAMS IN LEAGUE)
IF 2 GROUPS THE TOP 2 IN EACH GROUP WILL GO INTO THE SEMI FINALS

ENTRY IS 15E PER PERSON FOR THE EVENT
EACH MATCH WILL BE A 3 TIE BREAK SET MATCH.
FINAL AND 3RD/4TH PLACE PLAYOFF BEST OF 5 SETS
A SHEET WILL BE PUT UP IN THE HALL WHERE THE SCORES CAN BE ENTERED AFTER EACH MATCH.
MATCHES MUST BE PLAYED ON THE ALLOCATED NIGHT AND CAN’T BE PLAYED AT ANY OTHER TIME DURING THE WEEK
SUBS OF THE SAME GRADE WILL BE ALLOWED.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE TIMES AND PLEASE DON’T SIGN UP UNLESS ABLE TO COMMIT TO THE WHOLE DURATION OF THE EVENT.

A sign in sheet will be available on the club noticeboard from Monday the 8th and will remain up until Sunday the 21st.
All coaching classes start back next week. To take part in any of the classes you must sign up in advance so coaches can plan groups. Places are limited and some classes are nearly full. To ensure your child’s place in a class please contact Rob on 086-8215333..
